d\u2019olive<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Pour la d\u00e9coration\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Tranches de pain (pour faire les cro\u00fbtons)<\/p><p>Crevettes<\/p><p>Fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9 class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p><p>Pour la soupe de poisson, les cro\u00fbtons et la sauce rouille\u00a0: nettoyer, \u00e9visc\u00e9rer et couper les poissons en gros morceaux. Nettoyer les carottes, le poireau, le fenouil et les hacher en petits morceaux. Hacher l\u2019oignon et pocher le tout \u00e0 feu lent avec de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive.<\/p><p>Ajouter les poissons (r\u00e9server quelques-uns des morceaux les plus pr\u00e9sentables pour la d\u00e9coration) et laisser cuire quelques minutes.<\/p><p>Nettoyer et hacher la tomate, l\u2019ajouter \u00e0 la casserole avec l\u2019ail, le bouquet garni, le safran, le sel et le poivre. Couvrir avec de l\u2019eau chaude, porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et cuire pendant 45 minutes.<\/p><p>Ensuite, retirer les ar\u00eates, mixer et laisser cuire \u00e0 feu lent avec le poisson que nous avons mis de c\u00f4t\u00e9 et les crevettes.<\/p><p>Pour la sauce rouille\u00a0: dans un mortier, \u00e9craser l\u2019ail, le piment de Cayenne, la mie de pain imbib\u00e9e de soupe et le jaune d\u2019\u0153uf. Ajouter peu \u00e0 peu l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et monter comme une mayonnaise.<\/p><p>Dans une po\u00eale, faire dorer les cro\u00fbtons.
