data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p><p>La nit abans preparar la sopa de peix. Treure les v\u00edsceres al peix. En una gran bol barrejar el fonoll tallat en tacs petits, els grans d\u2019all pelats, l\u2019api picat, el safr\u00e0 i les herbes. Amanir amb oli d\u2019oliva, introduir el recipient a la nevera i remoure dues o tres vegades.<\/p><p>Al dia seg\u00fcent, separar el peix de la marinada. Posar-lo en una olla amb una mica d\u2019oli d\u2019 oliva i fregir uns minuts sense que es cremin. Cobrir amb aigua i afegir el concentrat de tom\u00e0quet. Cuinar durant mitja hora a foc fort afegint aigua si \u00e9s necessari. Afegir pebre al gusto i triturar.<\/p><p>Preparar la bullabessa: Pelar i tallar les patates en rodanxes d\u2019aproximadament 1 cm i reservar. En una olla amb oli d\u2019oliva ofegar a foc lent (aproximadament de 2 a 3 min) el cap roig, el Sant Pere, la lluerna, el congre i els cossos de les llagostes partits en dos. A continuaci\u00f3, retirar el peix de l\u2019olla i afegir l\u2019aigua nom\u00e9s fins a cobrir. Reservar.<\/p><p>Afegir la sopa a l\u2019olla i bullir-ho tot. A continuaci\u00f3, posar les cues de la llagosta. Cinc minuts despr\u00e9s, afegir el peix i les patates en rodanxes. Quan les patates estiguin cuites, est\u00e0 llest.<\/p><p>Preparar la \u00ab<em>Rouille\u00bb<\/em>: Muntar una maionesa amb l\u2019ou, la mostassa, l\u2019oli, la sal i el pebre. Una vegada que es lligui afegir la pasta de tom\u00e0quet, pebre i una mica de sopa de peix.<\/p><p>Preparar el servei: Mentre es cuina el plat, col\u00b7locar les llesques de pa al forn per rostir a la graella, despr\u00e9s fregar amb all. Retirar les patates i reservar. Retirar tamb\u00e9 el peix sense trencar-lo, separar en filets i emplatar. Posar les patates al voltant dels filets de peix. Servir la sopa calenta.<\/p><p>En primer lloc, servir les llesques de pa cobertes de salsa \u00ab<em>Rouille\u00bb<\/em> ruixades amb sopa de peix.
