Deixar quallar i triturar.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Pa de pessic microones<\/p><p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p><p>720 g Clara pasteuritzada<\/p><p>480 g Rovell pasteuritzada<\/p><p>364 g Farina d&#8217;ametlla<\/p><p>300 g Sucre<\/p><p><strong>Procediment<\/strong><\/p><p>Tritureu tot en termomix i passeu-ho per xin\u00e8s fi. Posar en pots d&#8217;olives de 700 g aprox. Congelar. Ensifonar amb 4 c\u00e0rregues i deixar reposar una hora. Abocar 100 g del contingut del sif\u00f3 en una safata de 10 x 20 cm i cuinar al microones durant un minut aproximadament.
