Our cultivation, organic and our own production, , allows us to guarantee that the saffron flower is treated with traditional methods during the whole process, applying at the same time modern standards of quality and purity.
Our organic certification places us as the first producers, processors, packers and marketers of organic saffron in Catalonia, regulated by the CCPAE (Catalan Council of Organic Agricultural Production)
The EU logo also certifies our saffron as an organic food from the European Union. Homologous certification to the NOP certification of the United States and Canada.
As members of Slow Food we collaborate with the recovery of traditional agriculture, which in turn fosters the philosophy of producing healthy, clean and fair food.
The quality of our saffron is certified as category 1 according to ISO 3632-2
